Storz & Bickel Warranty Claims

For Storz & Bickel / Vapormed Product Warranty Claims 

All Storz and Bickel / Vapormed product warranties are processed directly by Storz and Bickel. To action a Storz and Bickel warranty, you will need to create an account on their website, register your device, and then submit a warranty claim through their website directly. 

S&B only warrants the MIGHTY+ MEDIC and VOLCANO MEDIC 2 (“S&B Products”) against defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use (as defined below) for 2 years from date of retail purchase directly from vapormed.com, or purchase from an authorized retailer.

“Normal Use” means ordinary consumer use of the product under specific conditions set forth by the manufacturer and in accordance with the “Instructions for Use” included with a particular S&B Product. Commercial use of the S&B Product shall not be considered Normal Use and shall void its warranty.

 
How to activate warranty / registering your device / submitting a claim.
To utilize your Storz & Bickel warranty, you must create an account and register your device on the Storz & Bickel website, then you can submit a warranty claim for that device. 
 

Step 1:
Create account:
You will first need to create a customer account on the S&B website; you can create an account here: https://www.storz-bickel.com/en/customer/account/create/

Step 2:
Register Device:
Once your account is created, you will need to register your device to your account, this can be done under the “My Devices” section - found on the left-hand side of the page after logging in. 

Simply click on “Register Device” and enter the relevant device details to register your device. You will need your proof or purchase / device serial number.

Step 3:
Make a claim:
Once your device is registered with your Storz & Bickel account, you can start a warranty claim. 

1. Select the defective device registered on your account, and then select “Initiate RMA.” (Return Merchandise Authorization)

2. Next, fill out the form sheet. There is also the request to describe the damage or problem of your device.

3. Your RMA will then be assessed. You will get informed about the following steps after your request is approved.

Please note:
- You will need your receipt and/or device serial number (found on the device itself).
 
- You will need to post your device to Storz & Bickel in Germany. They will send you a shipping label for free postage if your device is within the warranty period and they approve your request.
 
- You can purchase a repair from Storz & Bickel if your vaporiser’s warranty has lapsed or was breached. Postage and repair costs will be paid by yourself in this instance.
