Mighty+ Medic Vaporiser & Accessories FAQs

What is the difference between the Mighty and the Mighty+ Medic?
The Mighty+ Medic is the updated version of the original Mighty Medic. It adds USB-C charging with a supercharge function that reaches 80 per cent in 40 minutes, heats up in around 60 seconds, and features a ceramic coated filling chamber and sturdier housing. Full spec on the Mighty+ Medic vaporiser product page.
What is the difference between the Mighty+ Medic and the Volcano Medic?
They are two different medically certified devices from the same German manufacturer, Storz & Bickel. The Mighty+ Medic is a portable, battery powered vaporiser you can take anywhere, while the Volcano Medic 2 is a desktop unit that delivers vapour through a valve balloon or tube kit and stays at home. Many patients start with the Mighty+ Medic, and some later add a Volcano Medic 2 for home use.
Why choose a medically certified vaporiser?
The Mighty+ Medic and Volcano Medic 2 are certified medical devices included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, which means they are manufactured and quality controlled to medical standards, with precise temperature control and consistent vapour delivery. Vaporisation heats medication without burning it, and precise temperatures make dosing more predictable.
Which accessories do I actually need?
Most patients get by with three things: dosing capsules to pre-fill doses, spare screens to keep airflow clear, and eventually a wear & tear set to refresh the cooling unit. Daily users often add a spare cooling unit so one can soak clean while the other is in use. If you are not sure, call us and a pharmacist will point you to what actually matters for your routine.
Is the Mighty+ Medic covered by warranty?
Yes. Both the Mighty+ Medic and Volcano Medic 2 carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty, extended by an extra year when you register your device with Storz & Bickel. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase and contact us if you ever need to make a claim.
How fast does the Mighty+ Medic ship in Australia?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day, with express shipping free over $50. Most of Australia receives orders the next business day, with more remote areas taking around two days.
